What we collect, and where it goes.

What we collect

The enquiry form collects: name, company, work email, role, region needed, estimated monthly infrastructure spend, end-customer type, required go-live, how you heard about us, your message, and — when you arrive from the Path Check — the answers you chose and the provisional route shown.

Email to hello@cloudiarabia.com gives us whatever the message contains: at minimum the sender address, subject, and body.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics tags.

Why we collect it

One purpose: to assess whether there is a fit and to route the conversation — replying to you, writing a Path Note where there is a fit, and preparing the introduction you asked for. Enquiry details are not used for advertising and are not sold.

Where it goes

Form submissions and inbound email are delivered as messages into the desk’s private Discord workspace and to the desk email inbox. Discord Inc. processes those messages as our infrastructure provider; delivery to it involves transfer outside Saudi Arabia.

When an introduction is made, the readiness details you provided are shared with the receiving provider or specialist — that is the service. We share with no one else.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so a returning enquiry has its context. Write to us and we will delete a record on request, subject to anything we are legally required to keep.
