About

How the desk operates,
and where its responsibility ends.

Cloudi Arabia qualifies blocked Saudi cloud opportunities, maps the route in writing, and introduces the right provider or specialist conversation. This page sets out the operating model, how enquiries are handled, and the boundary of our responsibility.

Purpose

Saudi government-linked and regulated buyers increasingly require suppliers’ workloads on CST-registered, in-Kingdom cloud. International vendors discover this mid-procurement. Cloudi Arabia exists to answer the route questions early and route the enquiry to the right provider or specialist — so the first conversation starts prepared.

Operating model

An introduction and preparation layer. The desk qualifies the opportunity, writes the Path Note, prepares the readiness pack, and makes the introduction. Scope, delivery, SLA, pricing, and legal terms sit with the downstream provider or specialist under their own agreements.

How enquiries are handled

Enquiries arrive through the form or hello@cloudiarabia.com. They are used to assess fit and route the conversation — nothing else — and are stored in the desk’s private workspace tools. The privacy notice states what is collected, where it goes, and how to ask for its removal.

Accuracy discipline

Every infrastructure and regulatory fact on this site links to a primary source and carries the date it was checked (currently 30 Aug 2026). The Saudi cloud map is re-checked monthly and on any provider or regulator announcement, with a public changelog. If a row is wrong, tell us at hello@cloudiarabia.com and we will correct it with the next check.

Entity and team

Published here as they are formalised. The desk deliberately claims nothing it cannot evidence — no licensing, certification, or partnership claims appear anywhere on this site. Team details will follow as they are formalised.
